My wife and I love to create memories with our kids.
You can almost always find me outdoors. With my family, with friends or even on solo missions.
Mountain biking, skiing, fishing… shooting the Mamquam River on a paddle board.
All the outdoor things.
It took me 8 years to convince my wife we needed to be living in Squamish. And in 2018 we made the move, bringing our family to live where we play.
Real Estate Rodney was a nickname a bunch of friends gave me before I even got licensed.
At that time I was constantly reading and researching about Real Estate. I’m still doing that now… much more. And I love it.
Researching deals and investment opportunities. Finding creative ways to finance your next purchase. Creating Spreadsheets and tools to better understand where your money is going. I can’t stop learning.
I’m not a complete nerd. I just really like this stuff. And you deserve to see and understand the numbers that affect your transaction.
Aside from that… I also like to laugh. A lot.

More About Rodney
I grew up in Ontario and moved west to Lake Louise in 1999. Once I saw the mountains, I knew I was never going back east. So I continued on westward bound.
Living in Vancouver from 2002 until 2018. I took regular trips throughout the Sea to Sky corridor. I knew that I would call this place home sooner or later.
Squamish is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen… and now it’s where my family and I live.
I have over a decade of Hospitality management and operations experience. Coupled with nearly a decade of Residential and Commercial Project Management. And I even have a number of years in luxury interior design operations management.
Becoming a licensed Realtor wasn’t just about complementing my existing skill set and experience. It was a goal I had always been working towards.
My number one goal now is to ensure you are happy and confident throughout your Real Estate journey.
