Listing your home

Listing your house at a price that is too high or too low is not going to set you up for success. Setting a fair market price is imperative to a successful sale.
It doesn’t benefit you one bit if your house is listed too high and sits on the market for too long. Our goal is to price your home according to the numbers and the fair market value at the time of listing.
It’s not uncommon for sellers to believe that their home is worth more than the market is currently asking for at that time. You have an emotional connection to your property. It’s totally normal.
